Reduce your IT Climate Impact by 80% !
We have made some calculations that it is possible to save up to 80 percent of the climate impact of IT use in
three simple steps:
1. Purchase energy efficient computers and electronics.
2. Switch off the ICT-equipment when not in use – a simple change of user habits can make a big difference.
3. Enable the energy saving functions in your equipment.
These three simple steps really can have a great impact. If all computer user, both at workplaces and at home did this, all over the world, could we save both energy and it would reduce the carbon dioxide emission quite dramatically.
