Energy products are all around us…
Last weekend I had a chance to ride in a Toyota hybrid to a friend’s 50th birthday party.
It made me think about all the things we use and how they still can be improved and lessen their impact on the climate. I also wonder why there aren’t more cars like that one.
Energy products are all around us, we use them every day. What I’m asking myself more and more is what I‘m doing to reduce my impact on the climate. What can I do, what things am I willing to change and how much can I influence other people to change their habits with the things they buy and use?
So my blog postings will focus on my next big project – a total house re-build, done along green principles and with minimal impact on the climate. We live out in the archipelago and enjoy the freedom of having nature as our closest neighbour. That comes with some responsibilities! Living on the waterfront and having deer, foxes, eagles and other wildlife living next door, you care about their habitat. So now we will have the opportunity to make a lot of good choices for the climate. One thing I know for sure is that the electrical products we will buy will definitely reduce our impact on the climate and reduce our energy bill as well.
